This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit this website or contact us.

Who is responsible

Contact enquiries

If you contact us through the form or by email, we process your name, email address, message, and necessary technical security data. We use these details only to answer your enquiry, handle reasonable follow-up, and prevent abuse. We do not use them for advertising or profiling.

Depending on the enquiry, processing is necessary to take steps before entering a contract or is based on our legitimate interests in answering enquiries and operating the website securely. Messages are kept only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and reasonable follow-up, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

Service providers

• Cloudflare: hosting, delivery, abuse protection, and the Turnstile security check. In particular, the verification token and IP address are processed when a form is submitted.
• Resend: delivery of the contact email, including sender address, recipient address, and message content.
• Google email: receipt and handling of the contact email.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, the safeguards made available by the providers apply, including appropriate standard contractual clauses.

Website delivery and logs

Cloudflare processes connection and request data needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, time, requested address, browser information, security signals, and Cloudflare Ray ID. We do not create additional personal visitor analytics.

Google Maps and Places

The embedded Google map loads automatically when it is reached by the browser. Google may receive network and browser information and may use its own storage technologies. Current business information is requested server-side through Google Places without intentionally sending information you entered to Google.

Language preference

Your selected language is stored for one year in the functional tcc_language cookie and in your browser's local storage. It contains only de or en and is used solely to remember your language choice.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing where the applicable legal requirements are met. Contact staff@thecrepeclub.net. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
